  4. This is a program the ONLY purpose of which is to close down a Windows
  5. session and start another one again, WITHOUT ANY WARNING. Clicking on the
  6. program's icon will result in Windows being shut down and restarted.
  7.  
  8. This program is only useful when for example you have just changed some
  9. settings which require you to RESTART Windows before they take effect, or
  10. when some program has made Windows unstable, and you need to restart Windows
  11. again.

  13. If you never have any of the above problems, you will never need RUNWIN, and
  14. you might as well delete it straight away.

  16. NOTE: RUNWIN will not work under Windows 3.0 - it requires Windows 3.1 at
  17. least.
